Who we are

In this Privacy Policy references to “we” and “us” are to Higher Level Care Limited, company number 03070682, registered office SILCON HOUSE, 35 BRIGSTOCK ROAD, THORNTON HEATH, SURREY CR7 7JH.  This policy only relates to data where we are the data owners.

What information we collect and how

We will then suppress your data from all direct marketing, although we will still keep it for processing your order, fulfilling customer service and after sale obligations including legal and regulatory reasons.  To do this, please vist our GDPR request form.
  3. You also have the right to request a copy of any personal information we may hold about you otherwise known as a Subject Data Access Request (SDAR) we hold about you. To do this, please vist our GDPR request form.
